MBTI: Game of Thrones Week

joff

After several requests and having about eight people in my immediate circle constantly telling me to watch Game of Thrones, I finally gave in. And not only is it a great show, the number of characters to type makes it an MBTI goldmine, covering seasons 1-4.

The story! The stabbings! The bewbs and the betrayal! All wrapped up in a setting I’ve never really been a big fan of but that’s partly a testament to how good it is, that it can make you care about things you weren’t interested in.

So this coming week, expect your favorite characters to be typed and analyzed. And your least favorite characters. JOFFREEEEEY!!!

  1. I think its interesting that Joffrey is the only character with zero redeeming qualities. He’s just 100% pure douchetwizzle.

You should hate Sam more than joffrey. Get your priorities straight.

    • I take you for a bit of a troll but in all seriousness, G.R.R. Martin tends to give unlikeable characters depth and reasoning whereas Joffrey seems to have none. It’s interesting. It’s almost as if an archetype was created just to catalyze events around him, influence the decisions of others, and move storylines forward.

Funny you mention this about joffrey because I think Sam is one big joke on everyone, maybe a way of the writer putting himself in his own story. The most useless character even with cripple bran about and still outlives many more capable characters.
        He just doesn’t die.
