Here’s Part I in case you missed it.

Seeing as how Guardians of the Galaxy was finally released, it was nice for the views on that article to finally pick up. It seems people don’t want to read about the profiles of characters until they actually see something with them in it. Go figure.

But there were other characters as well, even if a talking raccoon and talking tree stole most of the show. Here are the characters not typed in the original post because hey, these guys aren’t the actual guardians. Continue reading

We’ve discussed rivalries before, but this is different. Regardless of universe, there will rarely ever be a way for our favorite characters to actually battle it out. You’ll always have fans hatefully disagreeing or one character loses due to the plot demanding that one to lose.

So for a few minutes, we sit down to go through a few of these dream matches and why the outcome would be…what it would…be. Continue reading

Stars: Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Lee Pace, Karen Gillan, Djimon Honsou, Michael Rooker, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close, Benicio del Toro

Compare to: Star Trek (2009), Pacific Rim (2013)

When Guardians of the Galaxy was initially announced, it was met with as much excitement as it was confusion. “A movie from the Avengers people? Woo-hoo! It’s got a walking tree and a talking raccoon in it? Huh?”

But being based on the comics, the world is as weird as it is vast and with comic book movies being where the money is, there are only so many movies that are going to be released that bring the modern day mythological characters down to earth while looking up to the stars seems like the next step. If ya didn’t know, Marvel is expanding their horizons. It broke the mold with finally having a massive team movie, all with the characters’ separate films; but now it’s blasting off into the last frontier. I’m hoping this one is as good as it looks. I don’t like to report news really but this feels worth it. For the MBTI people, here they are typed.

Clicky clicky. Continue reading

Well, Thor: the Dark World is out and as just about all Marvel movies since 2008 have done, there’s inevitably going to be a scene at the end leading up to the next Marvel movie.  This one may lead up to the Guardians of the Galaxy movie that’s due out next August.

Don’t know the Guardians? Think misfit Avengers in space. Don’t be too ashamed that you don’t know, I’m actually more surprised that they’re getting they’re own movie due to the fact that so many more simple characters can’t even get greenlit. Seriously, how hard is it to make a movie about Luke Cage?? Black dude, science experiment, bulletproof skin- c’mon! Continue reading
